The procedure for accepting authorisation:
- Customs Agency accepts only original authorizations;
- The authorization must be signed by duly authorized person who is mentioned in company registration documents. If such documents mention more than one person and they indicate that the company must be represented by more than one person, the authorisation must be signed by all persons indicated;
- The authorization must be accompanied by company registration documents - the copies certified by the company;
- Intrastat authorization - we only require copies of company documents.

- a form with signature specimens or another document confirming the conclusion of bank contract.
